India's Most Haunted place: GP Block in Meerut(U.P)

There is no shortage of haunted places in India, rather there are places which are considered haunted due to one thing or another. While some are considered scary because many people have felt or seen something supernatural, others are labeled as haunted because no one wants to go there. G.Bblock of Meerut is one of these places. 

(भारत में प्रेतवाधित स्थानों की कोई कमी नहीं है, बल्कि ऐसी जगहें हैं जिन्हें एक चीज़ या किसी अन्य चीज़ के कारण प्रेतवाधित माना जाता है। जबकि कुछ को डरावना माना जाता है क्योंकि बहुत से लोगों ने कुछ अलौकिक महसूस किया है या देखा है, दूसरों को प्रेतवाधित करार कर दिया जाता है क्योंकि वहाँ कोई जाना नही चाहता। मेरठ का G.Bblock इन्हीं जगहो मैं से एक हैं।)

There are three buildings in the block which have been deserted or empty since the 1930s. No one lives here and no one dares to stay here, it is believed that this place is haunted. By searching the net, you will find many stories like the story of a woman in red clothes sitting on the terrace and others claiming to see four people drinking beer inside the house.

( ब्लॉक में तीन इमारतें हैं जो 1930 के दशक से सुनसान या खाली पड़ी हैं।  कोई भी यहाँ नहीं रहता है और कोई भी यहाँ रहने की हिम्मत नहीं करता है, ऐसा माना जाता है कि यह जगह भूतिया है।  नेट पर सर्च करने से आपको कई कहानियाँ मिलेंगी जैसे कि छत पर बैठी लाल कपड़ों में एक महिला की कहानी और अन्य लोग चार लोगों को घर के भीतर बीयर पीते हुए देखने का दावा कर रहे हैं।)

While the same stories have been told and heard for a long time, many people have tried to explore more but did not succeed. According to a report published by a daily, several students from a nearby school tried to go into the house, but they fled. The report also stated that a family of six people were asked by the army to remain in the building as caretakers. One of them said that she saw a woman wearing red clothes and asked her to come out, while none of the others found it scary for six months.

(जबकि यही कहानियाँ काफी  लंबे समय से कही और सूनी जा रही है, कई लोगों ने अधिक खोज ने की कोशिश की है लेकिन सफल नहीं हुए। एक दैनिक द्वारा प्रकाशित एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, पास के एक स्कूल के कई छात्रों ने घर में जाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वे वहाँ से भाग गए। रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि छह लोगों के एक परिवार को सेना द्वारा कार्यवाहक के रूप में इमारत में रहने के लिए कहा गया था। उनमें से एक महिला ने कहा कि उसने एक महिला को लाल कपड़े पहने देखा और उसे बाहर निकल ने को कहा जबकि अन्य में से किसी को भी छह महीने के लिए डरावना नहीं लगा।)

This block of the city's Cantt area has caused a lot of stir and fear among the locals as to whether the house is actually haunted. We can't say for sure what the truth really is, but GP Block comes on the list of the most haunted places in India, the haunted label that will probably stay with it forever. 

शहर के कैंट क्षेत्र के इस ब्लॉक ने स्थानीय लोगों के बीच इस बात को लेकर काफी हलचल और डर पैदा हो गया है कि घर वास्तव में प्रेतवाधित है या नहीं। हम यह निश्चित रूप से नहीं कह सकते हैं कि वास्तव में सच्चाई क्या है, लेकिन जीपी ब्लॉक भारत में सबसे प्रेतवाधित स्थानों की सूची में आता है, प्रेतवाधित लेबल जो शायद हमेशा के लिए इसके साथ रहेगा।

Meerut, also known as "Ravana's in-laws", is believed to be an ancient city that was once ruled by Mayasura. Who is known as the father of Mandodari in the Ramayana. In earlier times it is said that the whole of Uttar Pradesh was known as Maya-Rashtra. Mandodari was born here and later married to Ravana, hence the name of this place is "Ravan's in-law".

(मेरठ को "रावण का ससुराल" के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, यह माना जाता है कि एक प्राचीन शहर है जिसे कभी मयासुर द्वारा राज किया जाता था। जिसे रामायण में मंदोदरी के पिता के रूप में जाना जाता है। पहले के समय में यह कहा जाता है कि पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश को माया-राष्ट्र के रूप में जाना जाता था। मंदोदरी का जन्म यहाँ हुआ था और बाद में उनका रावण से विवाह हुआ, इसलिए इस जगह का नाम "रावण का ससुराल" पड़ा।)
