मुलिंगर हवेली का निर्माण 1825 में कैप्टन यंग (आयरिशमैन) द्वारा किया गया था। कैप्टन यंग को क्या हुआ था, यह कोई नहीं जानता। इसके बाद यह हवेली खाली हो गई और किसी ने भी उसके घर में कदम रखने की हिम्मत नहीं की। कहा जाता है कि उसका भूत अभी भी परिसर में है। और कुछ स्थानीय निवासी कहते हैं कि उन्होंने कैप्टन यंग को देर रात घुड़सवारी करते देखा है।
